Monthly Saturday Breakfast Club- The first Saturday of every month. Call 0121 464 4772 for further details.
Pre-Birth- 12 Months at Chinnbrook-
Preparing For Birth Classes- Monday Evenings 6:30-8:30, for more information or to book a place call 0121 464 4772.
Weaning Classes- The last Thursday of every month, 10am-11:30am.
Post-natal Clinic- Tuesday mornings 9:30-12:30
8 weeks discharge appointment with midwife.
Baby Massage- Call the centre to find out when our next session is running or to add your name to our register.
Breastfeeding Support- 1st Tuesday of every month 11am-12pm, a 1 hour session will include: DVD, demonstrations, question and answer time. Further help and support is available outside of these times, and in our Tuesday baby group.
Baby Group- Tuesdays 1pm-2:30pm
Activities include: Water play, hand printing, musical instruments, baby signing, sensory room, trips/outings, we also hold baby weighing once a month by the community nursery nurse.
Slimming World Classes run at the Centre every Thursday 7.00pm
Zumba Classes - every Tuesday 7.00pm-8.00pm. £4.00 per session
Cedar Counselling offer low cost or free (depending on what benefits you are in receipt of) counselling to families/Individuals. They hold sessions here weekly. Contact Reception on 0121 464 4772 for further details.
New Dads Group Starting Saturday 2nd February 10.00-12.00pm
Shades and Shorts Event. (Free event for carers looking after someone with additional/special needs)
